AK Next Gen Store Return and Refund Policy

  • Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or are missing parts not due to our error
